Election post
My goal is to reduce the information gap and enable every student, especially freshmen like me, to enjoy the societies without any barriers. I've found many students remain hesitant to join societies, still settling in. I can approach the situation through guiding them to obtain information more efficiently, equally and friendly, and I will frequently participate in various activities, to collect more trivial problems and bring them up at the meetings to promote solutions, ensuring that the policies we vote for in the Activities Zone truly represent the needs of the majority of students.
My academic schedule allows me to devote sufficient time and energy, which means I can fully undertake the position with great efficiency, ensuring that the work progresses on schedule.Since childhood, I have accumulated some experience in giving speeches under the national flag, so I can effectively represent the collective opinions and convey them to the decision-makers.In addition, I am good at observing and understanding others' emotions, and am accustomed to paying attention to the needs and feelings of other people, which helps to identify problems in time and promote team collaboration.
Voting for me is choosing a true listener, rather than just a representative. I am approachable, responsible and highly value everyone's ideas.I am also a person full of enthusiasm for life and hoping to share that spirit with everyone I meet. As an international student, I am committed to championing the needs of our diverse community. With my experience of quickly adapting and already integrating into student life at UCL, I am capable of guiding and assisting those who haven't yet adapted, helping everyone find a sense of belonging, and ensuring voices are clearly heard and taken seriously.
