From my past job roles, I bring experience recruiting and managing dynamic teams and have set up effective mentorship programs. I would bring determination, understanding, and kindness to the role. What do you hope to achieve in the role if you are elected?

I hope to serve as a trusted, open resource to the department where suggestions and concerns are addressed and treated with respect. I would like to bring greater support from the university to the department for student and staff well-being and to improve academic success.

Please summarise why students should vote for you.

I would bring a cheerful energy and I don't give up easily on things that I care for! I could offer support to students and staff across the department and allow them a voice on important university issues and concerns that matter to them. I hope to also integrate a lens of sustainability and inclusivity to the work.
