What will you bring to this role (e.g. experience, skills or qualities)?

As a Faculty rep, I will be able to provide active listening, effective communication, problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit and advocacy towards the necessary changes. As a counsellor, I have been able to collaborate with multi-faceted systems which built team spirit, time management and effective delegation. I enjoy networking and building connections with students- I am enthusiastic and committed to advocating for student's needs as well as promoting their mental well-being. I am trained in understanding student's needs and providing diversity and education in educational settings.

What do you hope to achieve in the role if you are elected?

I would love to achieve an enhanced educational experience through improved communication between students and faculty members and university administration, to ensure that student's voices are heard and addressed. I hope to be advocating for changes, such as curriculum enhancements, better teaching practices, or improved provision of resources as well as focus on promoting activities for students' mental and physical well-being. I would like to promote diversity and inclusion within the faculty, build a sense of community and ensure student representation in decision-making.

I will tirelessly represent your voice, improve transparency, and foster community building within our faculty. Together, we can address your concerns, promote diversity, inclusion, and create a better learning environment for all.  I truly believe that every student at UCL should be able to experience their best student life- I would love to do everything I can to ensure that is achieved.
