I want to represent you and I believe that I have the necessary skills and knowledge to be your voice:

Through the UCL volunteering services Think Tank, I was able to bring about change at a small level like suggesting methods to promotes student led projects.
I have actively been engaging with charities in London like ECHO and St John, which gave me a wider perspective on student volunteers’ concerns
I worked on marketing strategies for a local charity in London and I believe that I’ll be able to help connect them with UCL volunteers

What do you hope to achieve in the role if you are elected?

Increase participation in volunteering

Working with volunteering organizations to share detailed and specific time commitments and reflect the following on the website.

Providing more volunteering opportunities for students

Reaching out to society reps for volunteering opportunities and plan events for recruiting Project Leaders for student-led volunteering projects.

Improve marketing of volunteering opportunities

Advertising through posters in popular study areas. Offering volunteering opportunities specific to departments via departmental communication.
