Election
The secretary supports the LGBQ+ officer in running the LGBTQ+ Network. They are the communication backbone of the Network. A good secretary will be skilled in communication and organisation. In particular, they will:
- Support the officer in the running of Network meetings
- Maintain concise and accurate files, in particular the minutes and meeting agendas
- Keep internal records of the accomplishments of the Network
- Frequently communicate with the LGBTQ+ Network to ensure all members have up to date information regarding the functioning and events of the Network.
- Collect feedback from the Network about what could be improved and what members want from the Network.
