What will you bring to this role (e.g. experience, skills or qualities)?

As a student passionate about equality and community building, I bring initiative, strong organisational skills, and a collaborative mindset. UCL has a proud history of expanding access to education and championing equal opportunities for women and men. I want to continue that spirit by ensuring women at UCL feel supported, heard, and empowered. I will work with societies and student groups to create opportunities, encourage dialogue, and build a stronger, more inclusive community for women across the university.

What do you hope to achieve in the role if you are elected?

If elected, I hope to strengthen support networks and opportunities for women across UCL. I want to encourage collaboration between societies, host events that promote leadership and professional development, and create safe spaces where women can share experiences and ideas. Inspired by UCL’s historic commitment to equal access to education, I aim to ensure that women continue to feel empowered to participate fully in academic, professional, and social life at the university.

Please summarise why students should vote for you.

Students should vote for me because I am committed to building a supportive and empowering community for women at UCL. I believe in practical action, listening to students’ concerns, and creating opportunities that help women grow academically, professionally, and personally. UCL has long stood for equality in education, and I want to continue that legacy by ensuring every woman feels represented, supported, and confident in pursuing her ambitions.

UCL is celebrating its 200th birthday in 2026. What do you think UCL will look like in 200 years time?

In 200 years, I imagine UCL continuing to lead in innovation, inclusivity, and global collaboration. I hope the university will remain a place where equal access to education is fundamental and where diversity is celebrated. As UCL celebrates its 200th anniversary, its historic commitment to opening education to all—regardless of gender, background, or belief should continue to inspire future generations to build a more equitable and forward-thinking world.
