Vietnamese Society: Vice President of Event

As the Media Officer for the 2025/2026 term, I’ve come to realise that Vietsoc UCL is far more than just a society but it’s a true home away from home. It’s where I’ve met friends who will likely stay with me well beyond university, and where I’ve had the chance to connect with the wider Vietnamese student community across the UK.

Once you’ve experienced something like that, it’s hard to simply step away. That’s why I’m putting myself forward to continue serving on the committee for the 2026/2027 term and to keep giving back to a community that has given me so much.

I’m confident I can bring responsibility, positive energy, and a strong sense of unity, and I’m excited to challenge myself in a new role: Vice President of Event with greater involvement in planning and organising events.
