Ukrainian Society: Treasurer

I am standing for the role because I want to сontribute to UCL UA in a meaningful and responsible way. And continue its legacy 😉As you all know, I genuinely love and know this society. I want to help build stability and structure in the committee. And the Treasurer is an amazing role in my conditions. I may be abroad for one semester, the Treasurer role is one I can carry out remotely, while being the presentable face of UCL UA on ground while I am in London. Planning and management is my specialty after all =). I will remain fully involved in committee discussions and decision-making, and directly and fully democratic in our society life.

I see this role as responsibility and preparation. And it is even better. I want to gain deeper committee-level experience, understand the operational side and support the President and team as a strong second figure. This will allow me to build the experience needed to potentially run for President in 3rd year but right now, I’m focused on contributing where I can be most effective. My goal is simple:
- Keep finances and management organised, communicate and book events, and strengthen the society’s future in collab with our people in other societies.
