Taylor Swift Society: Events Officer

I joined TSS in September, and immediately loved the community. From the welcome picnic to the TLOAS listening party to the club nights and of course the Swiftie Seminars, the events have been so much fun.

I'm choosing to stand for Events Officer for a few reasons:

• I want Swiftie freshers next year to have an amazing experience just like I did.
• I've attended many of the society's events this year so I understand how they typically run.
• I have plenty of ideas for events next year and would be happy to take suggestions! For example, more events with our sister societies at other London unis, quizzes and game nights, and a broader range of topics in Swiftie Seminars (for example looking at the difference between how albums were marketed and how we received them, or how additional parts like Vaults, Midnights editions or the TTPD Anthology change the overall narrative of the album).
