Tamil Society: President

I am Kobi, and I am running to be your Tamil Society President. Having previously served as a First Year Representative, I’ve seen the energy, creativity, and sense of community that TSoc can bring. After taking a year’s break to focus on my academic studies and develop my dance — including being part of UCL KOG, currently MM, and staying involved through TSI — I’ve gained experiences that have strengthened my leadership, teamwork, and commitment. As President, I want TSoc to be more than just events organised by the committee; I want it to be a society that truly listens, evolves, and reflects what our members want to see, feel, and be part of. I can promise that I will pour my heart into this society and will be fully invested in making TSoc meaningful and enjoyable; I have many big plans for next year which I can hopefully execute as your President.
