Space Society: Treasurer

Space has always been a big interest of mine, and so logically, the Space society caught my eye when I was looking for the societies to join. It is a wonderful community, providing space to people to meet new friends, discuss things both related and unrelated to space, share their interests and have fun. Additionally, the amazing events that are organised, from observatory visits, to projects, presentation nights and pub quizzes, provide an environment that any space lover would enjoy, including me. 

Now, with this in mind, I want to give back to the society, and apply to be the Treasurer of the society, so that hopefully, during the next year, I can assist in maintaining the amazing community and space that I had the joy of being a member of this year, so that it can continue to do so for others interested in joining it. If I am to be elected, I will try my best to uphold the standard that has been set so far by the current committee team, and to help in supporting the Space society through another year :D!
