I firmly believe that everyone should be able to get a taste of quantum physics, no matter their level of experience. In such a competitive industry, we can easily underestimate the value of collaboration and connection. More and more, the quantum industry asks for cross disciplinary efforts to push the research frontier. We should be welcoming this diversity of thought as early as possible in our careers. As welfare officer, I would make sure that students of all backgrounds, disciplines, and experiences can feel welcome to expand their horizons and give quantum a try.

The quantum field (haha) is rapidly growing, I want to make sure that everyone can come along for the ride! :)
