Public Speaking Society: Marketing Officer

I am excited to nominate myself for Marketing Officer in my final year at the Public Speaking Society. Over the past two years, I have had the privilege of serving in this role, where I rebranded the society and strengthened its promotion and visibility. These efforts have helped us reach a wider audience and build a stronger brand identity.

Looking ahead, I hope to sustain this momentum by creating engaging content that connects with diverse audiences and by introducing society merchandise to support our growth, particularly in inter-university competitions. Most importantly, I want to create friendly, approachable content that shows public speaking is for everyone — you don’t have to be “good at it” to take part. My aim is to lower the barriers for those who want to try, and to foster a supportive environment where members can grow with confidence.
