Nepalese Society: Treasurer

Hi, I am Pari and I would love to have the opportunity to be Nepsoc's treasurer for next year! Being the Welfare Officer this year has been a really positive experience for me. Even though I was. MIA for the first couple of events, I really enjoyed getting involved, supporting members, and working with the rest of the committee! I already have experience with the Treasurer role through my position as the Women’s Cricket Club Treasurer, where I’ve been responsible for managing finances, keeping track of budgets, and ensuring funds are used effectively. Through this role, I’ve gained valuable organisational and financial management skills, and I’m eager to transfer what I’ve learnt to help support all the new events Nepsoc will hold in the future! 

Nepsoc has been such a fun and welcoming community, and I would really value the chance to contribute even more to the society next year!

Hey, my name is Aditi Pandey and I'm a second-year Economics student. I’m standing for Treasurer because I want to contribute to the UCL Nepalese Society (the best NepSoc at UCL) next year usefully. I'm an Econ student, so naturally I like working with numbers and money, and I have the experience to back it up. Beyond just handling finances, I'd make sure the society’s resources are used efficiently (aka momo nights) so we can have as many events as possible and optimise UCL's Nepali-ness 😍.
