Mexican Society: President

As a proud Mexican who has just arrived in the UK, I am excited to run for President of the UCL Mexican Society. I am passionate about bringing people together and creating a strong, welcoming community that celebrates and shares the richness of Mexican culture, from our food and music to our traditions and values.
Through my experience leading student groups and organizations in my high school in Mexico, I developed strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. These experiences taught me how to coordinate teams, plan engaging events, and create spaces where people feel connected and represented.
As President, I would work to ensure the society continues to grow as a vibrant community at UCL, organizing events that bring Mexicans and friends of Mexico together while showcasing our culture across the university. I am motivated, proactive, and committed to making the Mexican Society a dynamic and inclusive space for everyone.
