Candidates
Let me say something most candidates won’t.
Leadership isn’t built on panels. It’s built in the moments when you actually have to take responsibility!
That’s why I’m running for Vice President.
Over the past year at UCL, I’ve worked across multiple societies, teams, and projects, and I have explored that strong societies don’t just need vision at the top. They need someone who keeps the engine running, the standards high, and the team aligned.
That’s exactly the role I want to play!
If elected, here’s what I will focus on:
- Execution that matches our ambition: Making sure initiatives don’t just sound good on paper but are delivered smoothly, on time, and at a high standard.
- Strong internal coordination: Supporting the President and committee so communication is tight, responsibilities are clear, and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Real member value in everything we run: Constantly pressure-testing events and initiatives against one question: “Does this actually help our members grow?”
Why me?
Because I’m highly structured behind the scenes, and very attentive to the smallest operational details that quietly determine whether a society thrives or just stays busy.
Leadership & Management Society already has strong potential. I will add stability and momentum to support every member's experience.
If you want a Vice President who will quietly raise the standard across the board, I’d genuinely value your vote.
