Karting Club: Welfare Officer

I am standing for the Welfare Officer position because I want to help ensure that the club remains a welcoming and supportive environment for all members. Karting is competitive, but it should also be enjoyable and inclusive for everyone involved.

As Welfare Officer, I would aim to be an approachable point of contact for anyone experiencing issues within the club, whether related to wellbeing, participation, or conflicts. I believe it is important that members feel comfortable speaking up and know that their concerns will be taken seriously.

I would also work with the rest of the committee to promote a positive culture within the club and help ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and respectful environment.

Overall, I want to help make sure that everyone feels supported and able to enjoy being part of the club.
