Introverts Society: Events Officer

Hi I’m Abby, an interchanging INFP/ENFP, first year psychology student… and I’d love to stand for events officer!

As members we clearly all appreciate this society, and one of its best features is the variety of events it has to offer, where at least once you will find something that appeals enough that you are willing to socialise with others, right? As events officer I would continue to create a space brings us together, to share our passions and meet like-minded individuals, and I believe as someone who loves planning group outings over the years (from visiting capybaras and performative matcha cafe hopping to krunker strike gaming), I would love the opportunity to coordinate activities for this society.

I would prioritise members' wants and needs through anonymised or direct feedback to ensure everyone's voices can be heard, even if I cannot match faces to requests or concerns! Despite my ambitions for some unique adventurous outings, I would ensure a healthy balance alongside the cult classics of movie, games, and study nights.

I sincerely enjoy being part of this society and connecting with people, and it would be amazing to have the pleasure of designing events that feel welcoming and enjoyable for all :D
