Seline Leonardi

Hi! I’m Seline, a first-year BSc Economics student, and I’m running for the role of Treasurer. I believe that I am well-suited to this position as I studied Finance & Accounting in high school, which has equipped me with the ability to construct and interpret financial statements. I achieved a 7 in Mathematics AA, Business Management, and Economics, demonstrating my strong problem-solving and analytical skills. In addition, I possess organizational, communication, and collaborative skills, which have been developed through various experiences such as being part of the ticketing team for my cohort’s school play and an Events & Outreach Executive at the official UCL Economics Magazine.

If elected, I will maintain transparent and up-to-date financial records and do my best to make events as cost-effective as possible. I am committed to managing the finances of UCLIS responsibly to ensure the society continues to thrive both financially and socially in the long term.

Vote for Seline, jamin nggak bakal ngesel(ine)!

Neilson Alexandro Tjhe

You can make my wish come true, if you let me treasure you!!

Hi everyone! My name is Neilson, and I’m running to be your Treasurer for IndoSoc this year!

When you think of a treasurer, you probably imagine someone who simply handles money and transactions… and you’re absolutely right. But who better to handle all that than an Economics student who literally studies transactions every single day?

Beyond the classroom, I’ve gained hands-on financial experience as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst at a hotel group in Jakarta for nearly a year, where I analysed revenue streams across F&B, events, and rooms, and also produced monthly variance reports. In short, when it comes to numbers, you can count on me 🤑.

I will take charge of communicating IndoSoc’s finances with the committee, making sure everyone understands where our funds are going and why. I will also lead financial decision-making for events, from setting budgets and managing expenses. I promise to keep everything transparent and organised, and make sure our events run as smoothly as possible!

As serious as my job may sound, I promise to always keep things fun! I’ll make sure every IndoSoc event is something to look forward to and not just because of the free food (that I’m setting the budget for 😭). Whether it’s managing expenses or talking to new people, I’ll bring the same energy to keep our community thriving.

Raziel Andiko

Hello everyone, my name is Raziel :) I am a first year student studying mathematics. For me, Indosoc is not just a society, it's a community, a place that feels like home in a foreign country. It's a place where I can feel safe and be myself more. I also had the opportunity to meet new people, inside the university and outside of it, as well as experiencing new things, such as theatre and the O2. It's for this that I want to give back by nominating myself for a leadership position.

I am nominating myself for the treasurer because I believe I would be best fit for that position and role. I am a person who is always attentive to all my responsibilities, organises my time quite effectively, and has a keen eye to detail and nuance, even for the smallest things, all key aspects of not just a treasurer but also as a member of the committee. In terms of past experience, I was part of the team to organise a charity bazaar in my school, where I had been able to communicate effectively with my team, counting and collating all the donated goods, organising, with volunteers, the goods into set packages, and keeping accurate and up to date records of inventory.

That's all I have to say, I hope yall would vote for me :)

Hey everyone, I'd like to help keep our society organised by making sure the finances are handled clearly and responsibly. I’ll make sure spending is transparent and that the budget is used on meaningful and well-thought-out activities and events so we can keep running great events for everyone — and help make us feel together again, or a little closer to home even when we’re not. If elected, I’ll do my best to keep the society running smoothly and ensure our funds are managed properly. If you’d like someone who will keep things organised and make the most of our budget, I’d really appreciate your vote — I promise to treasure it.
