In Aid of UNICEF Society: Welfare Officer

I’m standing for Welfare Officer because I want our society to feel like a warm community 🫶 not just a place you turn up to once a term. I really care about making sure people feel welcomed, included, and supported—especially in a society that’s about protecting children’s wellbeing and dignity, which I am very passionate about!

I was Welfare Officer for UCL Genetics Society this year, so I have experience running welfare events and being a reliable point of contact for signposting support. If elected, I’d love to do more chill hangouts (easy to make friends) and make sure society culture stays kind + supportive while we do important fundraising/advocacy for children 💛
