Handball Club: Treasurer

Heyy, my name is Ellen, and I joined the handball club as a complete beginner. I have truly enjoyed my first year and really value how supportive and welcoming everyone has been.

I’m standing for the role of Treasurer not only because I love this club and want to give back, but also because I want to push myself — and honestly, I thought, why not try something a bit different? I may not have a formal background in finance, but I am highly organised, comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets, and genuinely committed to learning everything this role involves.

I would work closely with the rest of the committee to ensure our finances are carefully monitored and accurately recorded, maintaining a balanced, well-planned budget so we can continue to host a wide range of events and opportunities for all members.
