Czech and Slovak Society: Welfare Officer

Ahoj :)

My name is Andrea, I'm from Prague and next year I will be entering my third year studying Social Sciences at UCL. I know how easy it is to feel homesick in London because I often miss home myself, so my main goal is to make sure every Czech and Slovak at UCL feels they have a genuine community where they can feel at ease. Informally helping out with organising events like the pub quiz this past year has honestly been a highlight for me, and I hope I can continue contributing to the society next year as your Welfare Officer!
