Czech and Slovak Society: Treasurer

My name is Anna Drhovská, a second-year Biomedical Sciences student, and I'm excited to nominate myself for Treasurer of the UCL Czech and Slovak Society.

Having served the treasurer role this year, I would love to continue building on what we've started. Over the past year, I worked to keep our finances clear and organised, secured the continuation of two sponsorships, and supported events, from mini-golf bookings to pub-quiz prizes. It has been incredibly rewarding to see these efforts shape a space where people with a shared cultural background can connect and feel at home. 🇨🇿🇸🇰
Next year, I aim to maintain stable, transparent financial management while also helping the committee deliver an even broader mix of social events and professional opportunities in collaboration with organisations such as BCG and the British Czech and Slovak Association. My goal is simple: to support smooth organisation and financing so that our society can keep growing and bringing people together.
