Criminal Justice Society: President

Hello, my name is Maggie, and I’m running to be your next Criminal Justice Society President!

This year, I’ve had the privilege of serving as Events Officer, where - alongside an incredible subcommittee - I organised our crowd-favourite Mock Trial events, Sip & Solve socials, and movie nights. Seeing members engage, collaborate, and bring these events to life has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my university journey. Next year, I want to build on that momentum as President. The Criminal Justice Society holds a special place in my heart, and I am committed to ensuring it continues to grow as an empowering & inclusive space for all students - regardless of whether or not they come from a legal background. As President, I hope to strengthen collaboration within our committee, expand our career and outreach opportunities, and continue delivering engaging events that are both insightful and fun! Most importantly, I want every member to feel welcome, supported, and inspired - just as I did when I first joined.
