Cricket Club (Women's): Treasurer

I am quite an organised person, and I would like to get involved with the club in a more administrative role.

I would love to be able to able to sort out travel for games, fund kit, organise tours, and work on the financial sides of the cricket club. The role would be really fulfilling! I really just love being around cricket, so being able to work behind the scenes and look the logistics to make the club run as smoothly as possible would be a great opportunity. 

Also, from writing for The Cheese Grater, I am quite well versed in the Students' Union regulations, and nerdy when it comes to rules... that's probably why I like cricket so much!

I’d love to run for Treasurer because after two years as a committed member, I really care about this club and the community that’s kept me here. I’ve stayed because I genuinely love being part of it, and I’d like to continue being a part of them team that runs it.

I’m keen to take on a slightly less dominant but still important role behind the scenes, and Treasurer feels like the perfect fit. I’m organised, responsible, and comfortable with spreadsheets, so I’d make sure our finances are well managed and the club is set up for a great year.
