I believe deeply in the power of student-led media to challenge, question and reshape the narratives that surround us at UCL. Women’s Wrongs is more than a magazine; it is a platform for bold thinking, creative resistance and unapologetic storytelling. I want to help shape it into a space where voices that are too often sidelined are amplified with care, intention and impact. As Co-Editor, I would prioritise accessibility, collaboration and experimentation. I want contributors, whether seasoned writers or first-time submitters, to feel supported in developing their ideas through transparent editing processes, constructive feedback, and active outreach to those who may not always see themselves reflected in student media. A zine rooted in intersectional feminism must actively seek out diverse perspectives, and I am committed to doing that work, particularly as someone with many intersectional identities. If elected, I would also focus on strengthening the sense of community within the team. I want to increase attendance at meetings by making them genuinely enjoyable, incorporating fun group activities, collaborative workshops and creative brainstorming sessions. Beyond meetings, I would organise trips to exhibitions, talks and cultural events around London that inspire our work and bring us closer as a team. I am highly organised and proactive, and I would use those skills to ensure meetings run smoothly, deadlines are clear, and events are well planned and inclusive.
