Australian, New Zealand and Oceanian Society: President

Hey everyone! 

I’m Emma and I’ve been the ANZO President for the 2025-26 year. I’ve had the best time being on committee this year – our goal from the outset was to revamp the society, increase communication with our members, and lay the foundations for the society to continue into the future. From our extremely successful welcome week, and our massive increase (from previous years) in members and event attendance, I’m super pleased with what we’ve been able to achieve this year. 

For me, 2026-27 represents an opportunity to GROW: a more consistent and diverse social calendar, more collaborations with other societies, more external opportunities for our members, and most importantly, more fun!
