American Football Club: Captain

I am standing for captain as I believe I have what it takes to lead this team to success next year. Although I am a humble man, I believe I have a profound effect on the team spirit as I have an outgoing personality and make an effort to get to know everyone on the team and encourage them to always do their best on the pitch and in training. American Football is a team sport, and this team is everything to me, which is why I want to encourage a more tight-knit community with each other and unite both offence and defence as one whole team rather than being two separate teams, which I felt had happened this season. Furthermore, as Captain, I will encourage rookies and returning players to stick with the team throughout the season so that we do not experience the issues we had this year of having the bare minimum players to be allowed to play. 

The captain leads the team to success, which is why I want to stand as captain so that I can lead the team to a more successful season next year.
