Albanian Society: Welfare Officer

After a wonderful year being part of the committee of the Albanian Society at UCL, I would love to play a role in the committee again for the next academic year, supporting the society alongside everyone! As a second year Chemistry student at UCL, there are plenty times where life can impact you in many ways, but being part of this society has greatly supported me and created wonderful times of joy and laughter. This forms a major part as to why I am running for Welfare Officer for our society, to help everyone enjoy their time being part of our Albanian Society.

I am committed to ensuring our society is a safe and welcoming space for all members, ultimately creating memorable experiences at the numerous events we run throughout the year. I believe that our society is a fantastic community at UCL, already through the large variety of events we ran this year that strengthened the Albanian community in London, with many more to come. My priority is to help and connect with as many members as possible, and provide any support and assistance to whoever may need it, together with working with all committee members to bring you an Albanian society that you will cherish being part of!
