Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges

Stepping outside my comfort zone has been a defining theme in my journey—from a STEM background in medical science to exploring finance and consulting, I’ve embraced the challenge of breaking barriers. Now, I want to help more women do the same.

Having held multiple leadership roles, including President of UCL Lifestyle Medicine Society and Head of School , I’ve led teams, formalized partnerships, and managed large-scale initiatives. These experiences make me confident in my ability to lead and grow UCL Women in Finance.

My Vision for Women in Finance

1. Industry Expansion & Interdisciplinary Growth

  •  Partner with consulting and healthcare finance firms to explore finance beyond traditional banking.
  • Launch a Finance x Startups series, inviting entrepreneurs to discuss funding, financial decision-making, and venture capital.

2. Mentorship & Career Development

  • Introduce an Alumni Mentorship Program, pairing members with UCL graduates in finance, consulting, and fintech.
  • Organize small-group networking brunches for more personal career insights.

3. Confidence in Action

  • Public Speaking & Negotiation Workshops to develop key leadership skills.

I am driven to empower women to access the same career opportunities and will bring fresh energy, structure, and ambition to elevate UCL Women in Finance.

Let’s break barriers—together.
