As an aspiring Head of Relations & Outreach for UCL Women in Finance Society, I bring my year of outreach executive experience from UCL FinTech and involvement in a startup and business development internship, where I worked in client relations and negotiations. I am committed to bringing in various opportunities and organising events for the members through my learnings from actively being part of the Business and Financial industry and building connections over the last year.
My mission? To bridge the gap and bring awareness to the opportunities presented for women in the male-dominated industry while enhancing society's presence across campus and beyond. I am eager to contribute to society’s growth and recognition through securing partnerships for networking events and hand-ons workshops with upcoming women-led financial startups and businesses. Moreover, by proposing inter-university social networking events and conferences– especially women-focused consulting and stock pitch competitions, or connecting with other UCL business and finance societies, I see valuable opportunities to organise more social cross-society events for our members.
I am dedicated to introducing innovation strategies to broaden our reach and create impactful opportunities, opening the field for UCL Women in Finance to become a go-to hub for aspiring women in finance sector.

Whether securing sponsorships, organising speaker events, or expanding our industry connections, I will work to ensure that Women in Finance continues to grow and provide impactful opportunities. I am committed to fostering an inclusive and engaging environment, ensuring that every member benefits from new experiences while collaborating effectively as part of the committee.
I feel I can proactively connect with brands, firms, and professionals to bring valuable learning and networking experiences to the society.
Having been actively engaged with UCL’s Women in Finance Society since my first year—attending events like the HSBC event and Finance Accelerators—I deeply resonate with the society’s mission of uplifting and empowering women in finance and the corporate world. Joining the committee as Head of Relations and Outreach would allow me to further this vision by building meaningful connections that create opportunities for our members.
Beyond outreach, I am highly organised, adaptable, and passionate about creating meaningful initiatives that add value to the members of WinF. Within my experience as Social Media Officer for Pi Media since early 2024, it has equipped me with strong outreach skills, from liaising with external brands to managing fast-paced updates and digital marketing strategies.
I believe I can apply these skills to the society, helping to build a community that enhances your social and professional network here at UCL, whilst keeping it fun!

The finance industry remains male-dominated, and I understand how women’s voices can often be drowned out. As Head of Welfare, I want to ensure that UCL Women in Finance is a safe space for women to feel supported, valued, and empowered.
Our club’s mission is to educate, equip, and empower, and I will work to ensure that every member has access to resources that foster career confidence and personal well-being. I plan to organise monthly check-in/ fun bonding so members can build meaningful connections. Additionally, I will collaborate with industry professionals and mental health experts to provide tailored support.
I am committed to making UCL Women in Finance a place where women’s voices are heard and celebrated, and I would love your support in making this vision a reality!

Building strong connections is at the heart of success in finance, whether it's fostering industry relationships or creating a supportive network for women entering the field. Throughout my experiences, I've seen how mentorship, strategic outreach, and meaningful professional connections can open doors and create opportunities. During a past engineering -related internship, working under a female executive reinforced just how important it is for women to have visible role models and a strong support system in this industry. In school I was in charge of outreach and coordinating everyone for prom, which gave me firsthand experience in managing partnerships, organising large scale events, and ensuring effective communication between different stakeholders. As head of relations and outreach, i want to expand these opportunities, by strengthening industry partnerships and organising impactful networking events. My goal is to ensure that every woman in the society has access to the guidance, resources, and connections needed to navigate and excel in the finance industry.
