Water Polo Club: Welfare Secretary

Hello everybody, it is Harry here. I'm looking for your support for Welfare sec for the 2025/26 season. 
Going into September, I'll be a final year undergrad in his third year with the team. This wealth of experience with the club, university and the position of welfare itself puts me in an ideal position for this role. 
Not only this but September marks the return of many former players from their year abroad, including former committee members. As one of the last remaining figures from both those committees and this years, I believe this puts me in a unique position to help the society as a whole next year; especially with the anticipated new committee members elected in this election. I can provide the link between these players and provide support to players I've known personally for some time.
From a more specific welfare point of view, this year has seen increased diversity, increased participation and multiple programs and promotions of projects that best support your player welfare. I believe I am someone that players feel that they can talk to and have me listen and be proactive in changes.
Along with other hopeful committee applicants, we aim to next year announce the beginning of a women's mini league in London, something that will act as the foundation for a more universally competitive and accessible future for women's Water Polo in London university's.
