Election post
I am excited to stand for the role of Treasurer for the UCL Volleyball Society. Over the past year I've had the opportunity to be a part of the committee as the Mixed Team Vice Captain and as a result I have gained useful experience in both booking courts and the associated payments, for both the team and external social matches. I have also been working closely with the current President, Mario, and Treasurer, Jake, so I am as informed as possible on the financial goals for next year - which will help me manage our budget effectively.
Having played for both Men's and Mixed within UCL as well as being actively involved in the social scene for the past 3 years, I believe I have seen firsthand the various parts of this society. This will help me balance both the competitive and social aspects of the society and thus make sure both are supported to the best of my ability. As I enter my 4th year at UCL, I want to take on a role with greater responsibility and would like to see UCL Volleyball continue becoming even more prominent and socially active than it has been this year. With your support, I believe I can contribute towards this best as Treasurer.
