Vote Shuran Wang for Welfare Officer!

Who Am I?

Hello everyone! My name is Shuran, a 2nd-year on BA English Literature. Since Term 2, I have actively participated in society events, helping out whenever I could and growing to love this warm, welcoming community. To my mind, Tea Society is more than the tea we drink; the tea table is a venue that convenes people where community members relax, bond, and embrace culture.

I deeply treasure the connection between people and enjoy bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table. With my given set of skills, I look forward to play a bigger role in the society to carry the society’s spirit onward.

Why Me?

- Passionate & Approachable – I genuinely enjoy connecting to people, listening to their stories, and making everyone feel included in our community.
- Creative & Full of Ideas – Being a literature student and creative writer, creativity is my natural capacity. I love coming up with fun and meaningful activities to enhance our members’ experiences, whether through tea gatherings, well-being events, or cultural exchanges.
- Dedicated to Well-being – The Tea Society offers a refreshing, alcohol-free, and nature-connected alternative to pubs, and I intend to help create an even more inclusive, supportive, and relaxing space for everyone.

My Goals as Welfare Officer:

- Fostering a Supportive Community – Organize well-being activities where members can unwind, connect, and support each other.
- Encouraging Inclusivity & Participation – Ensure tea and
