The Spanish Society at UCL is a home away from home for students who love Spanish culture, language, and traditions. As a Spanish student studying in London, I have a deep connection to my culture and understand how important it is to create a space where others-whether Spanish or simply interested in Spain-can come together, have fun, and celebrate everything that makes Spain unique.

I am standing for the position of Head of Social Events because I am passionate about bringing people together, organizing exciting experiences, and making the Spanish Society a lively and welcoming community. I am an extremely sociable person who thrives on meeting new people, making connections, and ensuring that everyone around me is having a great time. With my energy, creativity, and love for Spanish culture, I believe I am the perfect candidate for this role.

Anyone who knows me would describe me as someone who loves socializing. Whether it’s organizing spontaneous meetups with friends, planning big nights out, or simply making sure that no one feels left out in a group, I always find ways to bring people together. I believe that university life is about more than just academics—it’s about building relationships, making memories, and experiencing different cultures.
