Election post
Over the past year as your President, I’ve worked alongside my committee to expand our society like never before. We’ve taken inter-uni events to a larger scale, increased student engagement and supported non-academic talents within SoP by strengthening our presence in Students’ Union initiatives like TeamUCL and ArtsUCL.
During this year, we were able to significantly boost society profits by 66% in only 5 months.
In addition, we fostered an even stronger community through SoParent competitions, cultural fair and game nights. We also reintroduced the yearbook for the first time since 2014, bringing back a tradition that celebrates our community.
That’s why I’m running for re-election—I have so much more planned. I want to build on the momentum we’ve created, bringing even bigger and better opportunities to the society. From academic support to networking events, socials, and career development, I’m committed to ensuring our society keeps growing and evolving.
