Hi I’m Naomi and I’m a first year Biomedical Science student with a keen interest in immunology and biochemistry. I’m excited to be running for MedTech Diversity & Inclusion Executive this upcoming year! As someone with a passion for the sciences, I recognise the importance of making scientific knowledge and innovations accessible to all.
During high school, I served as executive of the Media Team, where I organized workshops and events for students. This role helped me hone my organizational skills, ability to collaborate effectively, and the capacity for creating educational, engaging events.
UCL is known for its diverse student body, and I believe that MedTech should reflect the same inclusivity. As a MedTech Diversity & Inclusion Executive, I will ensure that the conference represents a wide range of voices and perspectives, so a diverse and impactful conversation can be encouraged.
