As First-Year Representative, I have worked to make the Legal Tech Society more engaging and accessible. Now, as I put myself forward to be the Treasurer, I aim to ensure we are financially strong and strategically positioned for growth.
Transparency & Accountability - I will introduce clear financial tracking and regular budget updates, ensuring every pound is used effectively to benefit our members.
Smart Sponsorships & Funding – With experience in fundraising and financial planning, I know how to secure and maximise funding opportunities to expand events, workshops, and networking sessions.
Efficient Budgeting – My background in commerce (SEC certification), marketing, and operations equips me to bring structured financial planning, ensuring funds are allocated strategically for maximum impact.
Commitment to Growth - Having participated actively in the Society over the last year, I understand what we need to grow and innovate. Whether it’s securing funding for bigger events or streamlining finances for new initiatives, I will ensure we stay ahead.
Please consider voting for me - a vote for me is a vote for clarity, structure, and financial security in the UCL Legal Tech Society!

As a science student all my life before university and a current Law student, I am intrigued by the intersection of law and technology. Thus, I don't merely view this as a society where I passively attend events, but would love to contribute by ensuring Legal Tech Society's financial stability and growth. I will bring strong financial management skills, transparency, and accountability to the society’s budget, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently to support events and workshops that drive value for members. My attention to detail and organisational abilities make me well-suited to oversee financial planning and sponsorship opportunities.
Most importantly, I will explore ways to secure funding and partnerships with legal tech companies and law firms that will expand our society’s reach and impact, ensuring that there are bigger and better events for all members.

Having taken on the role of Event Coordinator in the past year and aided in events such as Simmons & Simmons' Introduction to Wavelength, I have reaffirmed my interest in the ethics and regulatory mechanisms of technology’s deployment in law firms, and how laws will be able to adapt to such novelty fields. So, I'm eager to make my contribution as treasurer next year. My experiences have equipped me with a deeper understanding of our society's financial needs, this hands-on experience with handling event logistics provides me with valuable insight into resource allocation and financial planning that will serve me well as Treasurer.
As Treasurer, I intend to implement streamlined processes for expense tracking and reimbursements, making financial operations more efficient for all committee members. More importantly, I plan to actively pursue new sponsorship opportunities with diverse legal tech companies and law firms, leveraging my existing network built during my time as Event Coordinator to secure additional funding for innovative programming and enlightening events.
Furthermore, I am committed to working collaboratively with the entire committee to develop a strategic financial plan that supports Legal Tech Society's growth and enables us to expand our offerings. By ensuring sound fiscal management, I aim to help UCL's Legal Tech Society continue its mission of preparing students for the evolving legal landscape where technology plays an increasingly central role.
