I am standing for the Event Coordinator position because I am passionate about jewellery making and eager to create engaging events that bring members together. As a Transition Mentor for first-year students, I have experience in organizing sessions, guiding new members, and fostering a welcoming community. These skills will help me plan and coordinate workshops, exhibitions, and networking opportunities that enhance the society’s experience. I am excited to contribute fresh ideas and ensure that our events are both enjoyable and beneficial for all members :)
