Pan-London debates, Leading Political Speakers, Regular Parliament Visits. These are just some of the things we have brought into the HEMP political scene in the last year. Why put a foot on the brakes now! I am seeking re-election to continue HEMP's amazing political offerings and go further!

In the next year, I want to expand on the foundations we have built. Our Great NHS Debate was a first of its kind collaboration between medics, London Labour and London Conservative students. If re-elected, I will continue to collaborate with relevant health and political societies across London looking for bigger and better opportunities!

In the past year, we have been graced by speakers from across the spectrum of health politics. From Prof. Jane Dacre to Vinay Raniga we have explored a huge range of the diverse figures and backgrounds in health policy. I want to take this further with building on the HEMP network we have amassed over the last year. Naturally this goes hand in hand with our regular attendance at parliamentary sessions!

After all these wins, HEMP is one of the leading student medical political bodies on London! With another year I would love to cement this status with a more ambitious target for political facing side of HEMP: a HEMP Policy Unit!

Looking to publish a report in one area of policy that directly affects medial students by the end of term 2; this would keep the unique selling point of HEMP running in offering an opportunity very little other societies can!
