Gymnastics Club: Media and Communications Secretary

I am a second year student, but I only joined gymnastics club this year. I am so glad I did because it has brought me so many friends, and taken me back to my childhood of gymnastics which is a great detox from all the stress and struggles of academic uni life. This club has helped me in so many ways and so I would like to give something back to it by nominating myself for this role. I have always wanted to be on the committee of a university club, and this role seems perfect for me. I take pride in the appearance of my social media pages, and so I would carry this over onto the gymnastics instagram page. I am a great time keeper so posts would be frequent and engaging to our audience. I am also very organised and great at checking my emails everyday, and so I would be able to reply to questions via email quickly and in a supportive and friendly manner. Now that I have been an active member of the club for a couple of terms, I feel like I know enough to guide others and can share my love for the club with them.  I would love to do this role as it would make me feel like I am doing something worthwhile for this amazing club, which I am very committed to.
