Election post
Dear UCL Green Economy members,
My name is Yutong, and I am in my 2nd Year studying Mathematics with Economics and running for Treasurer for the UCL Green Economy Society 2025/26.
I worked as the Head of Marketing at the UCL ESG Society and was later promoted to Head of Marketing of both UCL ESG and Green Economy societies. During this time, I have worked closely with the current President, Egor Epifanov, and Vice-President also Treasurer, Emma Khodykina, from whom I have learnt incredible leadership skills. These skillsets I’ve developed whilst working with Egor and Emma matched with the analytical and problem-solving mindset as a Mathematics student prepare me well for a Treasurer role at Green Economy Society.
In this role, I will look forward to working with the new executive team, especially working closely with the President on strategising a financial plan that ensures we provide the best events and society experience for you in the upcoming academic year!
