Gliding Club: Head of Publicity

I am studying Engineering and Architectural Design with an MEng degree at Bartlett. I am currently in my first year at university. I have strong skills in both engineering and design.

Secondly, I will be at UCL for the next four years, which gives me ample time to contribute meaningfully to the club, helping it grow and become even more exciting. I am sociable and actively participate in many activities. In just my first year, I have already introduced many people to our club and turned them into potential members. This is why I am well-suited for the role of Head of Publicity.

Thirdly, I am familiar with all the major social media platforms, both Western and Asian. I will ensure that our accounts run smoothly and remain engaging. Since I study architecture, I naturally have a good eye for photography, and I will ensure that many amazing photos are published to showcase our club. Additionally, I have strong skills in drawing and art design, which will further enhance our club’s promotional materials.

Finally, I have exceptional networking skills and the ability to secure valuable resources for our club. I have experience in these areas through my involvement in numerous design projects with various teams. In high school, I successfully brought in fantastic people and resources for my club. My experience in project coordination will also be beneficial in organizing club events and managing communications effectively.
