I'm here to make things better, that is my main responsibility. I believe there should be better welfare within the Fencing club, with someone as a welfare rep that you can go to and communicate your concerns to and be heard!

I have experience in a role like this, as welfare rep throughout my time in school. I've always been a friendly face you can come and speak to, to handle things with care, consideration and confidentiality.
