I would love to nominate myself for the role of Welfare Manager as I have experience dealing with welfare-related issues and supporting others.
I understand the importance of well-being and want to make sure everyone feels supported. I’m organised, and committed to creating a positive environment where people feel comfortable reaching out for help. I believe I can make a real difference in this role and would love the opportunity to contribute. :)
