Drag Society: Events Liaison Officer

With a meticulous approach to organisation and a passion for event planning, I am confident in my ability to coordinate and execute events that showcase the talent of DragSoc.

Organisation has always been one of my strongest attributes, and I take pride in ensuring every detail is carefully planned. I have experience in event coordination, having planned numerous school shows, birthday celebrations for friends, and even campaign events in my part-time job last summer. These experiences have strengthened my ability to work to deadlines and adapt to any challenges that may arise.

If elected, I will ensure that all events, from performances to social gatherings, are well-structured and run smoothly. I will actively take into account the ideas and suggestions of society members, ensuring that our events reflect the creative voices in the society. Additionally, I will be committed to providing performers with all necessary details well in advance, allowing them enough time to prepare and perform at their best. 

I am nominating myself to be events liaison as I am  enthusiastic about planning and dedicated to fostering a supportive  for all members. I am excited by the opportunity to contribute to the society in this way and would be honoured to bring my organisational skills and passion for events to this role.
