Dodgeball Club: Welfare Officer

To me, clubs and societies are places for people to have a fun time and to cultivate personal development. People in dodgeball have been super nice and personally, I have grown a lot thanks to the club. Overall I just really want others to have a similarly positive experience, and I believe the best way to have a hand in it is as the welfare officer. It can sometimes be quite hard to do things like joining a club or participating regularly, so I would like to be a point of contact if anyone has any concerns; hopefully this will make the experience even more enjoyable for everyone, old and new members alike. Moreover, this would also be an opportunity for me to meet and talk to a bunch of new people, so can't wait! :P XD
