Dance has been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember. From an early age, I was deeply committed to dance, dedicating myself to training and honing my skills at Urdang Associates, where I developed a strong foundation in professional dance techniques. Alongside my passion for movement, I have cultivated another deep interest—filmmaking and media production. As a film and media student at UCL, I have access to industry-standard equipment and firsthand experience in professional filming, editing, and production. Now, I want to unite these two passions to elevate the creative and technical aspects of the UCL Dance Society.

My Vision as Tech Officer

As a Tech Officer, my goal is to bring a fresh, dynamic, and professional approach to society’s technical and media output. The way dance is presented and documented is just as important as the performance itself. A well-executed film, live stream, or promotional content can transform how dance is perceived, celebrated, and remembered. I am currently working with the Film Society right now to create varsity featurettes for the Kings vs UCL sports. By blending my expertise in filmmaking with my dance background, I aim to ensure that our performances are not only visually stunning but also widely accessible and professionally archived.

How My Experience Will Benefit the Role

1. Professional Filming & Editing

My experience in film production means I can deliver high-quality visual content that does justice to the immense talent in society. I have worked extensively with professional cameras, gimbals, and editing
