Hey it’s Cecilia here!

After such an incredible year for the girls of RUMSBC, I am not sure I am quite ready to let this amazing role go just yet :)

Following our massive success at UH Head this year, I would love the opportunity to take us into the next year stronger and ready to win even more medals!

To do this I want to:

  • run dedicated weights sessions allowing us to get even stronger as a crew
  • enhance squad cohesion by running more senior women socials
  • having individual chats at the start of the year to gauge goals of each girl for the year ahead

As senior women’s captain, I will always aim to foster a strong sense of teamwork and focus on supporting every rower, ensuring that our success as a squad isn’t just about winning but also about growth and camaraderie!!
