Being part of the society for the first time this year, I love how it brings people together in a fun, welcoming atmosphere while fostering learning. I would love to contribute to this as part of the team!
My three years of coaching at summer camps strengthened my leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability—skills essential for working with children and teenagers. Additionally, as a Leo Club member in Turkey, I gained experience in event organization, formal presentations, and teamwork. I believe clear and effective communication is key to leadership, and I would love to bring this to BIS.
Completing a Foundation Year improved my time management, helping me balance academics with extracurriculars. As my class’s Student Representative, I learned to create documents, forms, and engage with people effectively. Applying these skills in a dynamic way within BIS would be incredibly rewarding.
As a neuroscience student, my passion for behaviour and science has grown, and I believe my background can contribute to the society while fostering a friendly and inclusive environment.
A welcoming atmosphere makes all the difference, and the committee plays a key role in creating that. As Communication Officer, I would bring my organizational skills and positive energy to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for everyone.
